It is not a pleasant way to start the day by waking up by choking on your own blood. Just so you know. At least the day didn't get worse from there on.

Have had another wisdom tooth pulled out, and suddenly the wound decided to start bleeding like crazy while I was asleep, apparently. By the time I woke up I had congealed blood in both throat and mouth. Yuck. Good thing I'm not a vampire, the blood would totally gross me out.

Now I mostly spend my days waiting for the wound to heal so that I can eat other things than soup again. Also trying to get some work done through the slight dazed-ness caused by lack-of-tooth ache.

See you on the other side. Of what? I'm not entirely sure.

Two years

Two years. Two years of freedom. Two years of compromises. Two years of actually enjoying life, not just watching it swoosh by. Two years of getting closer to being who I want to be. Two years of realising who I really am. Happiness. Patience. Spontaneousness. Fear. Big risks. Bravery. Two years, and more to come.

Nightly ramblings

Utterly distracted. Guess that's why I'm blogging in the middle of the night instead of doing useful things like studying, or sleeping. Could I have my brain back, please? Not looking forward to the headache I will certainly suffer from tomorrow...

Roleplaying equals yayness

Hello, little world. Glad to know you still listen to my jabber. Had an awesome time roleplaying last night. I'm so tired I could just fall asleep atop the keyboard today, of course, but meh: totally worth it! Oh the drama. It was the first time I've ever put together a character and had it killed the same night. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever had a character die before. At the hands of the other players, nonetheless. Heh. Not everything went according to plan. Oh well, I had fun! It's been far too many years since I last played roleplaying games. How I've missed it. If you happen to read this — thank you, guys!

Oh, and Mage seemed to be quite an awesome system.

Roleplaying and happiness,
